This Privacy Policy applies only to TotalLegal. This Privacy Policy does not apply to other websites accessible from the Website or used to access the Website and does not apply to the practices of third party companies that TotalLegal does not own or control, including those who may advertise on TotalLegal's site

5. CHILDREN UNDER AGE 18

We have a firm policy against knowingly collecting, soliciting, retaining or displaying any personal information or material obtained from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you may not register on the Website, use TotalLegal's services or send any information to TotalLegal. If you are under the age of 18 and have already registered on the Website, you must immediately cancel your account and contact us at info@totallegal.com. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 18, we will promptly delete that information. 6. MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT

  1. Account Removal. You can terminate your TotalLegal account as specified in the Terms of Use. You may request at any time that your personally identifiable information be removed from our Website by writing to the address provided in Section 8. TotalLegal will address your request within thirty (30) days. Please note that TotalLegal may retain information of a general demographic nature such as your gender and state of residence. In addition, transactional information such as the invoice number, amount of the transaction, and credit card authorization number will be maintained as part of TotalLegal's business records.
  2. Requests for Information. Requests for Information. You may request, in writing to the address provided in Section 8, access to any information collected as part of your account and TotalLegal will address your request within thirty (30) days of such request.
