Naming the LLC
The name of the limited liability company must contain the words “limited liability company” or the abbreviation “L.L.C.,” or “LLC”. The LLC name should not contain the words "corporation," "incorporated," or the abbreviation "corp.," "inc.," "co.," or "ltd."
