The name of each LLC must contain either the words limited liability company or limited company or the abbreviations LLC, LC, L.L.C. or L.C. The word limited may be abbreviated as Ltd., and the word company may be abbreviated as Co.
You will need to provide the name of your LLC, the street address of the LLC, the email address of the principal contact person for the LLC, the Registered Agent's name and physical address, and the name of the organizer of the LLC. Note: Oklahoma will not accept PO Box addresses.
