The name of the limited liability company must contain the words Limited-Liability Company, Limited Company or Limited or the abbreviations Ltd., L.L.C., LLC or LC . The word “company” may also be abbreviated.
You will need to provide the name of your LLC, the Registered Agent’s name and physical address, and the name of the organizer (the person forming the LLC).
