The name of the limited liability company must contain the words “limited liability company” or the abbreviation “L.L.C.,” or “LLC”.
You will need to provide the name of your LLC, the principal address where the LLC is located, the business purpose, the Registered Agent's name and physical address, and the name of the member(s) (the owners of the LLC).
